AMNS India camp on Blood Donation and Health
AMNS India camp – Bhubaneswar: On World Health Day, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) held a ‘Blood Donation Camp’ at its pellet facility in Pardeep in collaboration with the Central Red Cross Blood Bank, Cuttack, and a ‘Health Camp’ at Baladia village under the Nuagarh gramme panchayat.
The Blood Donation Camp drew over 100 employees and contract workers who volunteered their time. In the presence of several top officials from AM/NS India, Mr Shailendra Sah, Head-Power Plant, officially opened the camp.
ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) organized a ‘Blood Donation Camp’ at its pellet facility in Pardeep in partnership with the Central Red Cross Blood Bank, Cuttack, and a ‘Health Camp’ at Baladia village under the Nuagarh gramme panchayat for World Health Day.
Over 100 employees and contract workers offered their time at the Blood Donation Camp. Mr Shailendra Sah, Head-Power Plant, officially launched the camp in the presence of numerous high officials from AM/NS India.

Mr. Debendra Kumar Rout, Sarpanch of Nuagarh, Dr. Ajit Kumar Jena, Doctor of AM/NS India, and Mrs. Premalata Barik, ANM cluster Head were also present.
“AM/NS India always prioritizes the well-being of internal and external stakeholders,” Dr Jena stated during the event. We used to hold free health checkup camps in the outskirts of our working area to raise health awareness.”
AMNS INDIA is involved in different socio-economic development efforts in its operating sites through its CSR wing. The organisation holds regular health checkups and sanitation drives, as well as deploying Mobile Medical Units for community health care throughout the year.
