AM/NS India – Smart Anganwadi at Hazira

Anganwadi at Hazira –  ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) has created a Smart Anganwadi in Hazira village, complete with cutting-edge teaching technologies and a welcoming learning environment. The Smart Anganwadi, redeveloped under the ‘Padhega Bharat project’, a cooperation between the Gujarat government and AM/NS India, was launched on Monday.

The Smart Anganwadi is not like other government-run childcare centers in rural regions. It has a smart touch panel with excellent instructional content for young students. Its vividly colored walls are adorned with murals of cartoon characters, birds, and animals. There are additional charts that demonstrate good eating practices, proper hand washing procedures, the Gujarati and English alphabets, numerals 1 to 100, month names, etc.

Dr. Anil Matoo, Head of Human Resource Operations, IR & Administration at AM/NS India, Education Inspector Himanshu Barot, and Choryasi Taluka Development Officer Jaiminiben Patel dedicated the Smart Anganwadi.

“We are delighted to support the redevelopment of the Smart Anganwadi at Hazira for the benefit of the local communities.” AM/NS India prioritizes education and child development. We collaborated closely with the authorities and anganwadi personnel to understand the requirements and plan appropriately. “The new facilities will help meet the early educational needs of young children while also streamlining health and nutrition services for children in the area,” Dr. Matoo stated.

On this occasion, AM/NS India also gave educational packages to all of the youngsters.
