Delta Electronics India donates toilet facility for female school students

Delta Electronics India opened a new toilet block facility at the Government Higher Secondary School, Kurubarapalli, to provide female students with clean and sanitary sanitation amenities. On April 19, 2023, the inauguration event was attended by DEO (District Education Officer), government authorities, and Delta Electronics India Management.

Over 500 pupils are served by the new restroom block facilities. The primary purpose of this initiative is to provide female students with access to basic sanitary facilities on school grounds. The new building is outfitted with modern facilities and is intended to meet the demands of female students who attend the institution.

The inauguration event began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by DEO and Delta Management; Mr. Bobby Lai, Head India Operations, Delta Electronics India, followed by a tour of the new facility. The new facilities thrilled government officials and dignitaries, who praised Delta Electronics for their dedication to provide high hygiene facilities to female students.

Mr. Benjamin Lin, President of Delta Electronics, remarked of the inauguration event, “As a socially responsible organization, we are committed to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.” As part of our CSR efforts, we are delighted to have launched the new girls’ restroom facility at the government school. This project is consistent with our beliefs and aim of increasing access to education.

The school principal congratulated Delta Electronics India and Tamil Nadu government authorities for their efforts in creating a secure and sanitary learning environment for the girl pupils.
