In addition to expanding its domestic sourcing foothold, G&B is also focused on creating a sustainable, integrated supply chain. The company through its ‘Beyond Sourcing’ initiative, plans to advance local suppliers from their basic management development to empowering them with robust productivity and quality systems, culminating in sustainability via Lean & Green Management and ZED (Zero Effect Zero Defect).
