In India, Karnal Indian Bank has donated a commercial vehicle to the Manav Sewa Sangh in Karnal as part of its CSR programmes. This vehicle will help with the distribution and collection of food and clothing to those in need in and around Karnal.
The vehicle’s key was given to Shri Swami Premamurthy, Director of Manav Sewa Sangh, by Shri Mahesh Kumar Bajaj, Executive Director of Indian Bank. This admirable deed by the Bank would help Manav Seva Sangh pursue its mission to extend welfare activities, such as distributing food, drinking water, and clothing to the underprivileged in and around Karnal, in addition to hosting health camps and meditation sessions for them.
Speaking at the event, Shri. Bajaj praised the Manav Sewa Sangh’s efforts to provide the underprivileged groups with timely help. The bank continues to be dedicated to its social objectives, and through its offices and branch network across India, it engages in a wide range of CSR activities in crucial sectors such as education, health, inclusive growth, and environmental sustainability, among others.
