Kotak Mahindra Bank, in collaboration with Shroffs Foundation Trust (SFT), has launched Kushalta Ka Nirman, a CSR Project for skill development in Gujarat, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. SFT will implement the bank’s CSR project with the goal of improving livelihood and employment for youths from tribal, rural, and other marginalised populations in Gujarat and neighbouring areas.
KMBL hopes to alleviate a talent deficit in the construction industry through this CSR project. SFT will train children in construction equipment to become Backhoe and Forklift operators, allowing them to develop in their careers and create more job prospects.
