Muthoot Finance’s new facilities were specifically constructed with natural lighting, green glass structures, and will soon be powered by solar energy, keeping the changing eco-system and sustainability as a foundation norm. The Muthoot Group’s development of company operations coincided with the construction of the new office.
The Muthoot Group built and delivered more than 200 homes as part of their rehabilitation programme, Muthoot Aashiyana, earlier this year in July as part of the company’s CSR drive. Thousands of households lost their houses in Kerala’s terrible floods in 2018, which prompted The Muthoot Group to develop Muthoot Aashiyana. The Muthoot Group has allocated a total of Rs. 20 Cr for the programme. The Muthoot Aashiyana effort had a favourable impact, therefore the corporation intended to expand the project to cover more of the nation and build homes for the disadvantaged population.
Chief Guest Mr. V. Muraleedharan, Minister of State for External Affairs, commented on the Muthoot Group’s initiative and office opening, saying, “I would like to congratulate The Muthoot Group which has not only emerged as a prominent business firm, but also as a job creator and facilitator. This group has contributed significantly to the nation’s growth and has been a solid ally in that achievement. They are not just the pride of Kerala, in my opinion; they are also the pride of India. As Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas is the primary motto of our government, I would also want to add Sabka Prayas. Everyone works toward the advancement of civilization.
