NTPC initiates Girl Empowerment Mission for underprivileged girls

Girl Empowerment Mission – The Girl Empowerment Mission was launched by the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) to help poor girls in various parts of the country. 
 
Under its Corporate Social Responsibility effort, NTPC is organizing a four-week Girl Empowerment Mission to offer every girl child with essential education, health, and self-defense awareness. According to NTPC, the programme features a specially designed curriculum to help students improve their life skills. Various activities such as dance, music, and theatre will be organised as part of the programme. This will be beneficial to the students’ overall growth.
