Pega India Provides Platform For Students for Talent show
Pega India – By utilising its Pega Teach For Change corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the low-code platform provider that enables agility in the world’s top businesses, organised an event aimed at inspiring school students to showcase their talents and facilitate an enriching educational environment.
Initiated by Pegasystems India and the Teach For Change Trust, Pega Teach For Change carries out a number of events throughout the year to promote the program’s primary focus areas of teaching leadership, English language, and computer skills across five cities: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vizag, Bangalore, and Chennai.
40,000+ kids from 372 schools in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu competed in numerous competitions to advance to the final round, which was held in Hyderabad. A panel of judges made up of members of the Pega India leadership team assessed 175 competitors from four junior and senior competitions.

The finalists displayed their skills through impressive singing performances, imaginative artwork, and a spelling bee competition. The top sixteen kids were awarded prizes like speakers, painting kits, and other things to assist them develop their creativity. K Narayan Reddy, the District Educational Office (DEO) from the Yadadri district, participated in the event, which was organised by Ddharaniikota Ssuyodhan, the head of Pega’s CSR initiatives in India.
Pegasystems Vice President of Platform Engineering and Site Managing Director Deepak Visweswaraiah commented on the occasion, saying, “We passionately believe in empowering the student community via comprehensive training and development. These activities help youngsters learn while also giving them a platform to experiment and express themselves through their art. Our goal is to expand dramatically so that we can better train and develop the next generation of leaders.
